FOSTER OR FOREVER HOME NEEDED Meet Erin! Erin is an approximately 3 year old, 33lb Australian Cattle Dog/Staffy mix (our best guess!) who came to us from an overcrowded shelter. This sweet girl is full of personality, enthusiasm, and energy, and she’s ready to find an active family who can keep up with her! Erin is outgoing, playful, and always excited to be part of whatever is happening. She’s a smart, driven girl with a good amount of energy and a willingness to learn. She would thrive with someone who enjoys training, teaching new skills, and giving their dog plenty of mental and physical outlets. She’s still working on her leash manners and can be strong when she’s excited, so continued practice and guidance will be important. Erin has done well with other dogs, but she can be intense with her enthusiasm, and has a rougher, rowdier play style, so slow introductions and thoughtful dog matches are important. She’d do best with a confident canine companion who enjoys that same energetic style of play and can comfortably keep up with her. With her active nature and eagerness to engage with the world, Erin is looking for a home that loves getting out and doing things. Adventures, hikes, training activities, and plenty of playtime would make her day! She’s not looking for a couch-potato lifestyle; she wants to be included, challenged, and given opportunities to put all that enthusiasm to good use. If you’re an active person or family looking for a smart, spirited companion to take along on life’s adventures and continue learning with, Erin could be your girl! Erin is UTD on vaccinations, microchipped, and spayed. Her adoption fee is $550.
