Wilbur’s transformation has been nothing short of amazing! When Wilbur first came to the Chance Foundation, he had one of the worst skin infections we had ever seen. It has been a long road, but we are so happy to report that he has finally healed, is feeling wonderful, and is enjoying life like he deserves to! Now, we are hoping that the next chapter of Wilbur’s story will be finding his forever home. Wilbur is a Mastiff/Boxer mix and a BIG, strong boy. We would especially love to find someone with Mastiff experience who understands the breed and can provide the leadership, patience, and love he needs. He absolutely loves his people, although he can be a little cautious when meeting strangers. We are continuing to work on his socialization and training, and we have discovered that Wilbur is one smart boy! He is eager to learn and very willing to work with you. We know Wilbur hasn’t always had an easy life. He has had a rough start, but that doesn’t define who he is or the wonderful dog he can be. He deserves a home where he can feel safe, loved, and cherished for the rest of his life. We are so ready for Wilbur’s happy ending. Could you be the special someone he has been waiting for? Please share Wilbur’s story. His person is out there, and we would love to help them find each other! Contact us at countryclubkennels@gmail.com or 540-788-3559 for more info.
