*Bisque will not be adoption-ready until Wednesday, November 11. She will not be in attendance at our Saturday, November 7 adoption event. Contact us to learn more!* Low-rider alert! Bisque may be short on legs, but she's certainly not short on personality! This adorable, short-and-squat little lady is sweet, playful, affectionate, and wonderfully social. She has a little bit of everything that makes puppyhood so special, all packaged into one delightfully compact body. Having spent her life in foster care since just three weeks of age, Bisque has had a wonderful foundation of love, attention, and socialization. She's comfortable around other dogs, cats, and children, and has blossomed into a happy, well-rounded little companion. Bisque is equally enthusiastic about playtime and cuddle time. Give her a toy, and she's ready for some fun. Offer her a lap, and she's more than happy to settle in for affection. And if you're accepting kisses, she'll gladly contribute a few of those too! Her mom weighs approximately 15–20 pounds, although we anticipate Bisque may reach a medium size when fully grown. With her fantastic temperament, loving personality, and unmistakably adorable proportions, Bisque has all the ingredients to become an incredible family companion. All she's missing is a family to call her own! Bisque is a 2-month-old mixed breed who was rescued from a high-intake shelter. This dog's adoption fee is $500 and includes up-to-date vaccinations, microchip, and spay. Bisque is also tested with other dogs, cats, and children. She is working on potty and kennel training in foster care. We would love for you to meet this dog and see if she might be a good fit for your home. The first step to adoption is completing an adoption application on our website at www.bounceanimalrescue.org. Pending approval, your application is valid for 1 year, and you will be eligible to request a hold on an individual animal for the Saturday adoption event. The hold does not require that you take the animal home, but ensures you get to meet and make an adoption decision prior to other applicants. Also pending approval, you will be able to acquire foster home contact information, so you inquire on personalities of specific animals. We do offer midweek private adoption appointments for approved applicants pending staff, foster home, and vetting schedules. Because we are 100% foster-based, private adoption appointments are only offered for individual animals. (If interested in viewing multiple animals at one time, we encourage you to attend our adoption events!) Please note, adoption applications are processed within 1–2 business days. Adoption applications cannot be processed onsite at adoption events. Our adoption events take place every Saturday from 10am-Noon at Pet Supplies Plus (Front Range Village, 2912 Council Tree Ave #100, Fort Collins, 80525). For additional questions regarding meeting this dog please contact us via text/email at 970.699.6772 or contact@bounceanimalrescue.org. We apologize for any inconvenience, but due to a high volume of inquiries, calls and voicemails regarding adoption will not be returned. Thank you for choosing adoption!
