About Karen

MEET KAREN! This lovely young lady was living outdoors before being rescued. Our Field Services Team brought her in as part of our Trap/Neuter/Return program. Since she showed signs of being social, we've placed her on the path to adoption. Setting her up for success in her new home will require some patience. Karen will benefit from a slow transition, as she's accustomed to outdoor life. It's a good idea to confine her to a separate room where she can explore at her own pace without feeling overwhelmed. Expect her to seek hiding spots initially. Bonding with her can be enhanced by food; using treats like stinky wet food will definitely help establish a connection. While she adjusts, a back scratcher can help you pet her comfortably while offering tasty rewards. Karen is spayed, up to date on vaccinations, microchipped, and has been seen by our vet team. This gentle girl is currently in Dedham, MA, ready to find her forever home. Click apply to start the adoption process.
