Los Angeles, CA- LA City - South Los Angeles Shelter- ID #A2285025 - “BAGHEERA” – ADORABLE, SWEET YOUNG RETRIEVER/CHOW MIX IN URGENT NEED DUE TO BEING OVERFULL , NEEDS TO EXIT ASAP!!\n\nX URGENT- AT LA CITY SHELTER WHICH IS MORE THAN FULL - SWEET GENTLE GIANT NEEDS A LOVING AND RESPONSIBLE HOME, OR FOSTER AND RESCUE ASAP \nHelp! The LA city shelter is full and is asking for help for dear Bagheera. Please help us find a good home, or foster and rescue, for this very adorable boy who came to the shelter as a stray his owner never showed. \n\nBagheera is listed as 3 year old male Chesapeake Bay Retriever and Chow, although his tongue is pink so he may have no chow. He resembles more of a flat coated a retriever mix and weighs 92 lbs., and we don’t want to see him overlooked. \n\nWe were given some shelter snd medical notes, which can be shared, and should be requested. He has some minor medical with an old ear infection and some flea dermatitis so a follow up vet visit is requested. \n\nIf you are interested to adopt, and can give him a forever and responsible home he so deserves, and follow with a vet, please contact the shelter by calling (888) 452-7381 and ask for his ID.\n\nBagheera’s listing link: https://24Petconnect.com/DetailsMain/LACT3/A2285025\n\nIf you can foster, or foster to adopt (where a rescue would then help with medical), please contact robinmorgan@cox.net or Southern California Chow Chow Rescue Network who is trying to assist the shelter with his placement, and would try to pair you with a willing rescue. \n\nPlease note rescue groups usually need a committed foster to usually save a dog. Bagheera could also uses pledges towards medical for his rescue, if you are unable to foster, but want to help in some way.\n\nWe will also post additional pictures, videos and updates on facebook also at: https://m.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=10169456055963125&id=783968124&mibextid=wwXIfr
