This sweet 2-year-old, 16-pound Maltipoo was surrendered by his previous owner and quickly adjusted to his foster environment, making friends with two other dogs. Playful and incredibly loving, Astro thrives on interaction with both dogs and people. He would do best in an adult home or one with children over 10 who understand the importance of being gentle with small dogs. Although Astro is healthy and full of energy, he has a condition called diabetes insipidus, which is managed easily with nasal drops. To ensure he has easy access to potty breaks, a home with a yard or a terrace with a doggy door is ideal.
