Meet Wally 🐾 Wally is a 9-month-old, 30-pound white and grey Poodle mix with a big heart, long legs, and an adorably goofy personality. He hasn’t quite grown into those legs yet, and his wobbly little run has earned him comparisons to a baby lamb. Wally is an absolute sweetheart who loves people and is always excited to meet a new dog. He’s affectionate, social, and happiest close to his person. He’s a bit of a Velcro dog right now, and his foster is helping him build the confidence to know his people will always come back. Wally already has some great skills: he’s potty trained, walks well on leash, can be left home alone without being destructive, knows “sit,” and has excellent recall. He’s continuing to work on his other basic commands. Wally has come an incredible way from being found wandering alone and emaciated in Coney Island to thriving in foster care. He’s proven himself to be resilient, loving, and full of potential—now he just needs the stability and love of a forever home.
