About Ruby

Meet Ruby, a sweet and gentle girl with a zest for adventure. Approximately 8 years old, she carries a gemstone sparkle with an enthusiasm that lights up her surroundings. Ruby treasures her outdoor time, exploring every nook and cranny and following fascinating scents. But don’t let her adventurous spirit fool you; once inside, she transforms into a loving cuddle buddy, relishing every petting session and especially adores belly rubs. Ruby is a quiet companion who rarely barks. She’s well house-trained and informs you when it’s time to go outside by standing at the back door. This affectionate dog is great with children of all ages and has a laid-back approach with other dogs, although it's best to keep her away from cats. This intelligent girl already knows "No" and is in the process of mastering commands like "Sit" and "Wait," showing her eager willingness to learn. Ruby thrives on a predictable routine and is spayed. She does experience distress in a crate, so a home without one is ideal for her. A securely enclosed yard with a robust fence is essential, as Ruby has the athleticism and agility to jump quite high. She may have hunting dog roots, given her incredible sense of smell and instinct. If you’re searching for a sweet companion who enjoys a blend of outdoor adventures and cozy indoor moments, Ruby could be the perfect fit for your family. She is ready to embrace a loving and secure home where she can flourish. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
