After being found as a stray in Southern Illinois and ending up at animal control, he was lucky enough to make his way into our rescue—and now he’s hoping his next stop is a loving home. He is around 45 pounds and has a sweet, loving demeanor that makes him easy to adore. He is potty trained, crate trained, and ready to settle into a home with a family of his own. He gets along wonderfully with other dogs and truly enjoys playing with them, making him a great fit for a home with a canine companion. His energy level is medium to high, and he loves going for walks and spending time outdoors. He can be strong on leash, so continued work and consistency will help him keep improving. When he’s not out exploring, he loves being around his people and soaking up attention. This sweet boy is more than ready for the happy ending he deserves.
