His arrival at the shelter showed a dog with a matted coat, but underneath was a healthy, affectionate boy who has clearly known love at some point—he's neutered and seems house trained. Caesar is friendly and gentle, always eager for attention. He'll thrive with a family prepared to provide the care, grooming, and affection he deserves. However, he has shown some guarding tendencies, so it's best for him to be in a home without children or other dogs. Suitable adopters should be ready to give him the space he needs.
