Although he has a name that might suggest a lot of energy, this sweet soul is calm and enjoys his leisurely afternoons cuddled up on the couch. Bam Bam came to us from a high-kill shelter after his previous owner surrendered him due to his chronic cough, but we're committed to giving him a second chance. Despite his age, he remains quite active, enjoys treats, and gets along well with other pets and children. He’s simply looking for a place where he will be loved and embraced, especially when life gets tough. Bam Bam does have some health needs, including a grade 6 heart murmur and a partially collapsed trachea, but with medication, his cough has improved significantly. We want to assure potential adopters that the sanctuary will support you with his ongoing health management, including covering his heart medication for life.
