Bane is a year old and his speckled face is the cutest thing I’ve ever seen. He was the first of his 5 siblings to open up and start to make friends at the shelter. He came in tail wagging, without much hesitation considering the conditions he was rescued from. Bane and his 4 sisters were found living in a camper with their parents in unhealthy , unsocialized and barely fed conditions. They are all safe now but they’re learning to "Dog" ???? It’s like having a newborn puppy in a 1 year old body, they’re starting every new command a year later. Better late than never ! Bane has proved to be the smart, eager boy we knew he was destined to be. With continued support and confidence building, he will be an outstanding companion. They are all still afraid of overwhelming situations, so a busy household would not be the best fit. Slow and Steady will win the race with this Pit- crew !
