Thankfully, he got a second chance, and it’s been great to see his personality blossom in a loving foster environment. At almost 8 years old, Henry has a delightful medium-energy temperament. He enjoys walks and exploring but is just as happy lounging around the house. His foster mom has noticed how he likes to settle by her feet and nap while she works. He’s been respectful of the home, making him an easy companion. Recently completing a board-and-train program, Henry comes equipped with a solid foundation in obedience. He knows his commands, is crate-trained, and walks beautifully on a leash. As he’s adapted to foster life, a softer side of Henry has emerged. He’s learning to trust and accept affection, and while he doesn't require constant attention, he loves sharing space with his people.
