Cocoa landed in a shelter in North Carolina with her puppies but took excellent care of them before coming north. She’s now spayed, current on her vaccinations, and finishing up slow-kill treatment for heartworm—a process her future family should be prepared to continue as needed. At about 55 lbs, she’s housebroken, outgoing, and soaks up all the attention she can get. Walks, runs, playing chase, or goofing off with other dogs are her element. Cocoa brings a lot of joy and fun into the mix but hasn’t found her home yet, and she has been waiting far too long for a family to call her own. Lets make it official, apply to adopt!
