About Mimosa

Mimosa is a charming little beagle mix seeking her forever home. At just about 10-12 months old and weighing 18 pounds, she has a sleek body reminiscent of a sight hound, combined with beautiful caramel-colored eyes. Though she’s the sister of Aspen and Cedar, she has her own unique look that sets her apart from her siblings. Mimosa thrives in a playful environment and would do best with a friendly dog companion to join in her fun. She’s unsure about cats, so a home without them would be ideal. You might notice some scarring on her back from an old injury, but it adds to her character. If you’re interested in welcoming Mimosa into your life, please fill out an adoption application at dreamhouserescue.org. You can also meet her at our adoption event on Saturdays from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm at PetSmart Eastgate. Every dog is placed in a one-week trial period to ensure it’s the right match for both pet and adopter. We verify that all current pets in a potential home are spayed/neutered and up to date on their vaccinations. Make sure you bring the love and energy Mimosa is ready to reciprocate!
