About Tails

Tails is an energetic terrier/heeler mix who's found his way to a brighter future after a rough past in New Mexico. This little guy has faced challenges, including a foot injury, a broken tail, and a broken jaw, but youโ€™d never guess that now. His jaw has healed perfectly, but his tail still sports a charming crookedness, earning him his playful name. At just six months and about 18 lbs, Tails is unlikely to grow much beyond 25-30 lbs. He bounces around joyfully, loving playtime with other dogs and enjoying every moment. Tails is kennel trained and is making good progress on his potty training. He's neutered, microchipped, and current on vaccines, ready for his forever home where he can thrive. He's great with children and gets along well with dogs, making him a wonderful family addition. Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.
