About Malassezia

Meet Malassezia, affectionately known as Mal, a charming bulldog mix in Sterling Heights, MI. At around 2 years old and weighing 46 lbs, she's a delightful companion with a soft and squishy personality that matches her wrinkly face. Mal's journey began in an overcrowded Detroit shelter, and we’re thrilled to have welcomed her into our adoption program. Initially shy, she quickly warms up, revealing a lovable nature that makes her a master at snuggling. She enjoys curling up for attention, loves her stuffie toys, and will kick her leg in appreciation when you scratch the right spot behind her ears. With her moderate to high energy level, Mal enjoys playtime but is just as happy to settle down for a cuddle session. She's spayed, microchipped, and up to date on vaccinations, and she’s ready to find her forever home. This sweet girl gets along with dogs and children, making her a perfect addition to many families. If you’re ready to provide a loving home for Malassezia, please apply to meet her. This could be the start of a beautiful friendship!
