About Ripley

Meet Ripley! Ripley was discovered injured on the roadside and brought to a shelter. Despite having a microchip, his owners chose not to reclaim him, opting instead to leave him behind to face urgent medical needs. Thanks to our rescue, he received the care he required, escaping a dire fate. Now, after recovering from his severe injuries, Ripley is approximately 2 years old, weighs 22 lbs, and has an affectionate nature. While part of his coat may not fully grow back due to his past, you wouldn't know it when you see him dash around! He adores people and gets along well with other dogs, so a home with a canine companion would be ideal for him. His playful spirit shines, and he has a little nub tail reminiscent of a rabbit, which has earned him nicknames like ‘Rabbit’ and ‘Cottontail.’ Ripley is both crate-trained and house-trained, making him a delightful companion.
