About Sweet Pea
Meet Sweet Pea, a delightful young lady looking for her forever home. She and her sister Daphne were found as strays, abandoned at about 4-5 weeks old, and have grown into playful companions. Sweet Pea is a Staffordshire American Pitbull Terrier mix and is currently about 24 weeks old, weighing around 20 lbs. With her gentle spirit, she loves to snuggle after a good play session. Sweet Pea enjoys zooming around the house, running in the yard with her foster mom’s miniature dachshunds, and has shown she gets along well with larger dogs too. Despite having had a broken hind leg when she was found, she has fully healed and plays without any limitations. Sweet Pea is crate trained, knows basic commands, and is making great progress with her potty training. As a curious puppy, she’s also great with people of all ages, including small children. Sweet Pea's ideal home will have a fenced yard and possibly a canine companion, maybe even her sister. If you’re looking for a small-sized pup with a big heart, Sweet Pea could be the perfect fit.
