Warning: Baylee may cause excessive snuggling! Meet Baylee, our approximately 2-year-old Schnauzer/Poodle mix with a whole lot of personality packed into one adorable little body! She’s sweet. She’s sassy. She’s feisty. She has opinions. And once she trusts you, she is ready to claim her spot on your couch AND under your covers. Baylee came to us after being found in Pflugerville, Texas, in pretty rough shape. She was terrified in the shelter and needed someone to give her a chance without expecting her to trust overnight. That’s exactly what we did. With time, patience, and lots of love, Baylee has started learning that people can be pretty great after all. She gets along with other dogs, although in Baylee’s mind, there’s really no question about who should be running the household. She’s also working hard on housetraining and making wonderful progress! Baylee is heartworm positive and is currently on a slow-kill treatment plan. Her new family will receive six months of her heartworm treatment, and her $350 adoption fee includes her spay, vaccinations, microchip, and treatment. This little girl has already had the scary part of her story. Now we’re looking for the family who gets to give her the good part. If you’re looking for a snuggly, spunky little sidekick with plenty of personality, Baylee may just be your girl! We would like to find her a home with no small children due to her fear nipping. Apply at www.texassweetiesdogrescue.org. Texas adoptions only so we can complete our required home checks. Let’s find Baylee her forever family!
