Hi, my name is Rover and I am from Alabama! Rover is a very sweet puppy with lots of love to give. He is quite shy at first and needs some time to warm up, but once he feels comfortable he loves snuggles and belly rubs. He listens well to directions and has had very few accidents in the house. He is very athletic and can easily jump baby gates, so high fences or the ability to keep him leashed outside would be best! He does well with children who will respect his space until he feels comfortable (5 years and older are preferred). He has not been able to meet our dog while he recovers from kennel cough, but we don't doubt he will be good with other dogs based on his personality. Rover will thrive in a home that can give him the time and love needed to help bring out his sweet and silly nature.
