Norris – German Shepherd mix – 5 yrs – male (56lbs) Introducing our very handsome boy, Norris! Norris was found as a stray, wandering along the side of the freeway. Luckily, he didn’t get hit by a car, but instead was picked up by Animal Control and taken to the county shelter. This poor guy then spent seven long months at that shelter without anyone showing any interest in him. How is that possible?! We saw Norris and his sweet smile and immediately fell in love. And now we’re going to find him the perfect forever home! Norris is so good in his kennel area! He has no accidents so we believe he’s likely housebroken. He’s happy, outgoing, and will attach himself to you as soon as he gets the chance. He loves to be close. Norris is also somewhat of a toy hoarder; he loves to carry a toy around with him and then hide it away. Norris is still learning not to jump, but he knows some basic commands and listens when given redirection. He plays well with other dogs and has several play buddies at our shelter. Norris is good on a leash and loves the adventure of a walk. He’s looking for a person or family willing to give him lots of love and attention – he’ll return that tenfold. If our special boy sounds like a good fit for your family, complete our application today. Please don’t make Norris wait in a shelter any longer! https://www.stealingheartsrescue.com/adopt-form
