About Fiona

Meet Fiona! This sweet girl is almost 2 years old and weighs around 48 pounds. Fiona was rescued after being one of 20 dogs found left in wire crates at a now-closed shelter. Initially, she was scared and submissive, not even knowing what a treat was. With patience and care, she has blossomed into a loving companion who enjoys making new friends, albeit after she feels safe. Now fully vetted and having completed heartworm treatment, Fiona is ready to embrace a brighter future. She walks relatively well on a leash, loves sniffing out new adventures, and relishes chewing on her favorite bones. Although she gets a little excited when spotting squirrels or bunnies, and might try to jump a shorter fence, it’s all part of her charming personality. Fiona is looking for a simple life filled with love and companionship. She has the cutest little nub tail and is eager to find her forever family.
