OPOSSUM: No, he's not an actual possum... but he sure has a story to tell! ❤️ Meet Opossum! This 4-month-old sweetheart weighs 35 lbs and is proof that the best things can come from the most unexpected places. Opossum is an incredibly sweet, playful, and smart boy who loves making new doggy friends. He's highly treat and food motivated, so he's always ready to learn a new trick or two. But don't let all that playful energy fool you! Opossum is also a big fan of one-on-one time with his people and would happily accept every snuggle you can possibly give him. His name comes with quite the backstory! At just 4 weeks old, Opossum was discovered hiding behind an old vanity in the back of a barn alongside his sister, Barnette...Right behind an actual possum. With possums and other critters nearby, these little ones certainly had an interesting start to life! He's now safe, happy, healthy, and ready to find a family who will give him all the love and attention he's been missing. Opossum hasn't been cat tested, but at his young age, he has plenty of time to learn to live with feline friends. If your home could use a little extra sweetness, a little silliness, and a whole lot of cuddles, Opossum is ready to move in!
