How this pet arrived:Moose was brought in by his previous owner on October 28, 2026. Why this pet is the one for you:Moose is a fun-loving boy with a silly, playful spark just waiting to shine! Once he feels settled and safe, his inner goofball comes right out, and he loves engaging with his favorite toys, showing off his bouncy energy, and sharing big smiles with his people. The big world can still feel a bit spooky at times, and Moose can be fearful and reactive when faced with novel things or unfamiliar faces, often barking to say, "Hey, give me a little space, please!" He will thrive with a patient adopter who is attentive to body language and excited to use positive encouragement-and plenty of play-to boost his confidence. Moose is ready to join an understanding home with kids aged 6 and older who can enjoy his playful games and respect his boundaries while he learns that new adventures can be lots of fun. At SDHS:Moose has been vaccinated, microchipped and neutered. Moose is now ready for adoption!
