Meet Harper! With her adorable little face, mismatched ears, and sweet personality, Harper is sure to melt your heart! This precious 2-year-old girl hasn't had the easiest start in life. Sadly, she was abandoned by her owner after living in a home where she experienced mistreatment by a child. Despite her past, Harper remains an incredibly loving girl who just wants someone to cherish her. Harper is a little cuddlebug who loves attention without being overly demanding. She's happiest curled up in a warm lap, snuggling beside her person at bedtime, or playing with her favorite toys. Just be warned, stuffed toys may not survive her enthusiasm! She gets along well with other dogs, although she can be a little jealous when another pup gets more attention. Harper would prefer not to share her favorite lap or person! She has lived with children and is also wonderful with older adults, especially those willing to offer a cozy lap. Harper is a low-energy girl who enjoys a relaxed lifestyle. She's housetrained using a doggy door, crate trained, sleeps quietly through the night, walks nicely on a harness, and is a great little traveler. Her ideal home would be a calm, low to moderately active household where she can enjoy short walks, plenty of snuggles, and all the love she's been missing. After everything she's been through, Harper deserves a family who will make her feel safe, treasured, and loved for the rest of her life.
