Meet Polly & Penny – Two Senior Sweethearts, One Forever Home! Double the love, double the sweetness, and double the Chihuahua charm! Meet Polly and Penny, two bonded senior sisters who are looking for a forever home where they can spend their golden years together. Don't let the word "senior" fool you! These two little ladies still have plenty of pep in their step! They are playful, affectionate, and love nothing more than romping around with each other and their doggy friends. They get along wonderfully with dogs of all sizes and are just as happy enjoying some quiet time with their favorite humans. And did we mention they're practically perfect houseguests? Both girls are crate trained, house trained, and pee pad trained. They're generally quiet, listen well, and have lovely manners. They may be a little nervous at the vet (who isn't?), but they are always well behaved. As with many seniors, Polly and Penny come with a few medical needs, but nothing that keeps them from enjoying life! Polly takes Denamarin to support her liver and will need ongoing monitoring of her liver health. She also has chronic dry eye, which requires eye drops once daily. Penny has some vision impairment, which makes her bond with Polly even more special. She relies on her sister for comfort and reassurance, and the two are rarely far apart. Penny is also diabetic and requires insulin injections twice daily. We know that adopting two senior dogs with medical needs isn't for everyone, but we also know that somewhere out there is a special person who will see past their ages and medications and recognize just how much love these little girls have to give. Polly and Penny aren't asking for much. A comfortable place to sleep, some doggy friends to play with, a loving person to care for them, and most importantly, the chance to stay together. These two sweet sisters have so much life and love left to share. Could you be the one to give them the happily ever after they deserve? Two little dogs. One inseparable bond. A whole lot of love.
