About Salt

Salt is a cheerful puppy eager to embrace life with a loving family. After being rescued from a tough spot, she’s ready to trade her past for a future filled with joy and companionship. She’s a friendly little Chihuahua mix, full of energy and enthusiasm. Salt gets along well with both cats and dogs, making her a great addition to a multi-pet home. Although she and Peppa, her rescue companion, get along superbly, they can be adopted separately. Salt will be spayed upon her arrival in Pennsylvania and is looking for a welcoming home to help her transition into this new chapter of her life. She’s also part of our Foster-to-Adopt program, allowing you to bring her home and help her acclimate before finalizing the adoption. Applications are accepted until October 19, and she’ll be ready to meet her new family on October 24 in Pottstown, PA.
