Siku is a unique kitten with a gentle soul and an all white coat. He is a rare albino cat, meaning his body lacks pigment. Because of this, his eyes often display a soft reddish glow in bright light. True albinism is very special in cats, and because they are sensitive to bright light, Siku thrives best in a cozy indoor home protected from direct sun. While Siku might not always be the very first kitten to run up to you, the moment you hold him, he completely melts in your arms and purrs loudly. He has a calm, polite nature, especially during mealtime where he prefers to eat at his own peaceful pace away from the rest of the crew. When it comes to play, Siku is an absolute master with the Da Bee wand toy! He gets so proud of his catch that he will even give a soft little growl as if to say "this is mine". Siku gets along wonderfully with all the cats and kittens in his foster home. He shares a sweet, gentle bond with Maverick, a resident special needs feline. The ideal home for Siku is an indoor environment with another friendly cat or kitten, or the option to be adopted alongside one of his foster siblings. To meet Siku, contact Sheila in Tigard at sheilab@meowvillage.org. NOTE: Meow Village is an all foster-based rescue, so all questions and inquiries about the kitties should be directed to their foster families. Thank you!
