Meet Arlo! This Handsome sweet guy is a 3 year old Staffy terrier mix, weighing 50ish pounds. Arlo has such a sweet and loving demeanor, and wants to give you all the cuddles. He’s a quiet boy, who has a sensitive soul. He loves to be with his humans, go for adventures, and cuddle on the couch. He’s the perfect sized dog, with medium to low energy! When Arlo is excited and feeling goofy, he will show you his fast zoomies. He loves playing with stuffies, chasing the ball, and playing tug o war with his doggy friends. Arlo has spurts of young dog energy, but knows how to mellow out with his people. His favorite place is right next to his humans. He will need a savvy human to work with his Leash manners, someone who understands bully breeds and willing to put the work around this. He’s the perfect turn key dog in every other aspect! He was previously living in Portland in a really dog crowded area, and walks became over stimulating for him. He would thrive in a home with a dog buddy, and possibly on some property, or more of a rural area. He is a really smart, sensitive, receptive dog, but needs someone who understands the breed, and doesn’t expect a dog park dog. Arlo is a gem of a dog, and anyone who understands proper intros, and tools for training will be beyond thrilled to have this guy in their life!! Arlo is a once in a life time kind of dog! Arlo is potty trained, and loves to go for car rides . He knows how to sit and wait, takes treats softly, and has shown zero food aggression! He’s food motivated, and has been great with all dogs he’s met, and has been fostered with dogs big and small. He lived with cats for the last two years and coexist perfect with them! He seems to have zero prey drive. He's met chickens and goats, and did amazing!
