My name is Jimi, and I'm about five months old. I'm a pretty big boy for my age, tipping the scales at 31 pounds, and my fur is a beautiful, fluffy golden color. I'm a sweet and loving puppy, while I'm a little shy at first, it doesn't take me long to warm up. Once I feel snug and secure, you get to see the real Jimi! My tail starts to wag so hard it wiggles my whole body, and I just can't contain my excitement. It's like a bubbly effervescence that can't be held in! I'm exploring the world and all its wonders. My humans have introduced me to a whole new world of toys, and chasing them is rapidly becoming my favorite pastime. I also love playing in the yard, sniffing every blade of grass and chasing the butterflies. I'm a smart cookie, too! My humans are teaching me simple commands, and I'm picking them up really quickly. Sit? Easy peasy! Stay? I'm working on it, but I get distracted by all the fun things around me. I just love being around my people, and nothing beats a good snuggle on the couch. We're still working on the crate situation. I don't exactly love it, but I'll tolerate it at night, which my humans seem to appreciate. When it comes to other dogs, I need a little time to get acquainted. Once I see they're friendly and won't hurt me, I'm a playful pup, and I love making new furry friends. It’s a great life so far!
