My name is Noel, and I’m a 5-month-old Golden Labrador. I weigh about 35 pounds, and my favorite things in the world are my humans, soft toys, and a good snuggle. My humans say I’m calm, loving, and smart, and I think they’re pretty great too! We’re working on some important stuff, like sitting when they say “sit” and staying when they say “stay.” I’m getting pretty good at it, especially when there’s a tasty treat involved. My absolute favorite game is fetch. I love chasing after the ball, feeling it bounce, and then bringing it back to my humans. I’m still learning that they don’t want me to chew it *too* much when I give it back, but they always laugh, so I think it’s okay. I also have a collection of squeaky toys that I love to parade around. Every evening, after a good play session, it’s time for snuggles on the couch. I just love being close to my humans, feeling their hands gently petting me. It’s the best feeling in the world. I’m also getting used to my crate; it’s a cozy den for me to sleep in at night. We’re still working on my potty training, but I’m trying my very best. Sometimes I get too excited when we’re outside, and I forget where I’m supposed to go. But my humans are patient with me, and I know I’ll get it right eventually. I’m also getting used to walking on my leash. It’s fun to explore the world with my humans by my side. Life is pretty wonderful for a puppy like me. I get to learn, play, and cuddle. Plus, I get along with everyone – kids, other dogs, and even the cats!
