Popeye is just the sweetest lady! SHe is guessed to be a rat terrier type of mix, but honestly, who knows! What we do know, is she is a fun loving girl who is energetic and cheerful! She may be a tad insecure at first, but does warm up fast and is a lovely little citizen. She does not have a ton of skills yet, but with a little time, she will be a willing partner as she is a quick learner and wants to please! She will bond to her people, so be prepared for a dog who will adore you once she realizes she is safe SHe is doing great with crate training, and is doing well with basic house manners. SHe does great with the other dogs in her foster home and is learning to respect cats as well! To meet her, apply here: https://www.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/KOTR/Dog
