Meet Frankie! This adorable 6-week-old orange tabby boy has faced more challenges in his short life than most cats ever will. Despite a rough start, his journey is just beginning. After coming to us with severe eye issues, we had to make the hard choice to surgically remove both of his eyes. Although he may never see the world, Frankie will still experience all the joys life has to offer by relying on his other senses. He’s ready to discover the comfort of a warm bed, the thrill of new toys, and the love of a family who understands how special he truly is. What pains us most is that Frankie hasn't had the chance to gaze into the eyes of those caring for him. Yet, he doesn’t need vision to feel loved. He does require a patient and understanding family to help him adjust to his surroundings and offer consistency as he grows. He's still healing and learning, and we hope that someone will recognize the wonderful companion he can be, beyond what he’s missing.
