Meet Dolores — Encanto Crew's Little Sweetheart! Born May 15th, Sweet Dolores is the kind of dog who quietly steals your heart. While she may be a little shy when meeting new people or experiencing new situations, underneath that timid exterior is a loving, gentle girl who just wants to feel safe and loved. Dolores gains confidence by watching and learning from other dogs, which is why her perfect home would include a friendly, well-adjusted older dog who can help show her the ropes. Having a canine role model helps her feel secure and encourages her to come out of her shell. Once Dolores feels comfortable, you'll start to see her sweet personality shine. She enjoys being near her people, learning new routines, and taking life's adventures at her own pace. She'd love a patient family that understands that the best friendships are sometimes the ones that take a little time to blossom. Dolores' Ideal Home • A home with at least one confident, friendly older dog • A patient family willing to let her adjust at her own pace • A calm, loving environment where she can build confidence • People who will celebrate her small victories and help her continue to grow What You'll Love About Dolores • Sweet and gentle nature • Loves learning from other dogs • Quiet and easygoing personality • Affectionate once she trusts you • Loyal and devoted companion Dolores may not be the first dog to run up and greet you, but she's the dog who will slowly and surely work her way into your heart forever. If you have a loving home and a canine mentor ready to welcome a new little sister, Dolores could be the perfect addition to your family. Apply on our website to meet or adopt Dolores!
