Your lap is empty. Your chores need supervision. Bert can help with both. Bert—Bertie to his friends—is a 10-week-old Dachshund/terrier mix weighing just 7 pounds. His favorite place? Snuggled into your lap while you watch TV. After breakfast and some supervised puppy antics outside, Bertie likes to stick close to his brother and his people. Working from home? He’ll quietly keep you company. Doing housework? Expect a tiny manager following at your heels. His qualifications are limited, but his commitment is excellent. At bedtime, he settles beautifully in his crate with a favorite toy. He does well with gentle children who understand how carefully a little puppy needs to be handled. Is Bert your dog? If you have room for a devoted little shadow—and the time and patience to help a puppy learn and grow—Bertie would love a spot beside you. Take the next step: apply to adopt Bert at EAPL.com.
