If you are interested in adopting them please fill out an application from our website www.chaadopt.org under the adoption applications tab. Please note you will need adobe acrobat to fill it out. Once filled out, please do not use the submit button, please save the application and email it back to us. Once you send that in please allow up to 48 hours for it to be processed before calling to check back in on the status. We are not open to the public and are not scheduling appointments to meet the puppies yet. We are accepting applications for the puppies until the week they are ready to be fixed, at which point we will make the decisions on placement for the puppies and we will be contacting those applications, we will not be able to contact the applications that are not chosen due to the high volume of applications we are receiving for the puppies. If you want to call to check back in on the status of the application you are welcome to do so, but we are not promising any applications placement with the puppies right now until we have made those decisions. All cats and dogs adopted from the Chequamegon Humane Association are spayed or neutered, up-to-date on age appropriate vaccinations, dewormed, and microchipped.
