MEET PHIL - THE LIFE OF THE PARTY! If enthusiasm were an Olympic sport, Phil would be bringing home the GOLD! Phil is a 1-year-old, 20 lb Beagle/Jack Russell Terrier mix who believes life is one big adventure just waiting to happen! This happy-go-lucky little guy is playful, spirited, friendly, and FULL of personality! Whether he's out exploring on a walk, playing with his doggy friends, or simply spreading his contagious happiness, Phil is always ready for fun! But don't let all that energy fool you-he's also an incredibly sweet boy with a heart of gold. He's potty trained, walks nicely on a leash, and is learning the ropes of crate training. He's currently enjoying life in a foster home with three large dogs and is adjusting beautifully to family life. If you're looking for a fun-loving sidekick who will keep you smiling and make every day a little more exciting, Phil is ready to be your MVP!
