Meet Chessy! She's a 15 lb, 18-month-old Jack Russell Terrier mix with a big heart and a story worth telling. Chessy came into rescue pregnant and heartworm positive. She raised her puppies, all of whom have found their forever homes, and she has finished her heartworm treatment. Now it's finally Chessy's turn. Chessy can be a little shy when she first meets you. Give her a short time, though, and she'll be your best friend. The fastest way to her heart is through her stomach. She'll happily jump for food and treats, so training her is a breeze. She's dog friendly and loves to play, and she's already crate trained, housebroken and spayed. Chessy is living with a loving foster family right now and is ready for a home of her own. Could it be yours? Adoption fee is $525. Transport is an additional $185 A few key notes about our Rescue... 1. All of our pets start their journey in Memphis Tennessee. 2.
