Meet Yankee, a 4-year-old Heeler blend who is ready to embark on a new adventure with his forever family! Yankee has had quite the journey, having been rescued from the brink of euthanasia at San Bernardino City Shelter and now residing in a loving foster home in Sisters, Oregon. Yankee is a true testament to resilience and bravery, and he's looking forward to showering his new family with endless affection and loyalty. This athletic and smart pup is house-trained, neutered, and gets along wonderfully with other dogs. His foster family has affectionately dubbed him "Ranger," a name that suits his adventurous spirit perfectly. Yankee is highly trained in commands and boasts excellent recall, making him an incredible companion for hikes, runs, or simply lounging around the house. His friendly demeanor and intelligence make him a joy to be around, and he's eager to continue learning and growing with his new family. If you're looking for a brave, affectionate, and smart companion to join your adventures, Yankee is your guy. Adoption application, references, and a home check will be required, but the reward will be a loyal and loving friend for life.
