Meet Trigger, a sweet 1.5-year-old Shepherd mix with a gentle soul who is looking for a patient, understanding home to help him discover how wonderful being a cherished family member can be. Having lived outdoors his entire life, Trigger is naturally shy and still learning how to trust people, which means everyday experiences, like walking on a leash, are brand new adventures that he is navigating at his own pace. While he can be a bit selective about his canine companions, he does well with other dogs when given a slow, proper introduction, though he will need a home without livestock and poultry. If you have a peaceful environment, a heart full of patience, and the time to help this shy boy build his confidence, Trigger will reward your love with endless loyalty as he steps into his bright new future.
