Meet Magnus! There are some dogs you meet and almost immediately think, "Oh, you are just a GOOD boy." Magnus is one of those dogs. Magnus is a beautiful 6-year-old Australian Shepherd, but as handsome as he is, it's his incredibly sweet demeanor that has really won us over. He is gentle, friendly, and seems genuinely happy just to be spending time with people. There's an easy kindness about this boy that makes him really enjoyable to be around. He's also got a lot going for him when it comes to life as someone's companion. Magnus is house trained and crate trained, travels well, walks well on a leash, and has a nice medium energy level. He's still plenty ready to get out and do things with you, but at six years old, he's also at an age where settling in and enjoying life together sounds pretty good. Magnus has done well with children. He can be selective about other dogs, so if there is already a dog in the family, we would want them to meet and make sure everyone feels comfortable. We don't yet know how he feels about cats. We may still be learning some of the little things that make Magnus who he is, but the most important thing was obvious pretty quickly: this is a very sweet dog. Now he just needs someone who gets to discover everything else about him while making him part of their family. Please call 307-883-PETS to learn more about Magnus or schedule a visit. Stop by Fridays & Saturdays from 10 AM-4 PM and Sundays & Mondays from 1 PM-4 PM, or schedule an appointment.
