Cookie is a small, spayed female Shih Tzu. While she is not yet housetrained, she has received her vaccinations. This adult dog is located in Conesus, NY, and is looking for a special home to help her thrive.

About Cookie

Cookie is a purebred Shih Tzu, having been rescued from a breeding facility where she was kept for five years with little human interaction. This adorable girl has soft fur and charming black button eyes. She needs an experienced foster home that understands the time and patience required to help dogs like her flourish. A secure, fenced area is essential, and she would benefit from living with another confident dog to guide her. Cookie isn’t yet housetrained and relies on piddle pads. While she's a fan of food, she is still shy about accepting treats from hands. The journey of helping mill dogs blossom is incredibly rewarding, but it requires commitment. If you think you can provide what Cookie needs, apply to start the adoption process.
