About Valentine
Valentine is a charming 2-year-old Doodle who has truly blossomed since leaving the shelter. Initially reserved, he’s now thriving in foster care, where his lovable personality shines. His favorite activity? Rolling over for belly rubs and soaking up affection from his humans. At around 25 pounds, he enjoys daily walks and is a great car companion. Since his neuter surgery, Valentine has displayed some leash reactivity with barking, but he's quickly learning to calm down. He has medium energy and generally benefits from about an hour of exercise, followed by cozy snuggles and naps. Valentine adores other dogs and thrives on playtime with them. While he doesn’t require a canine companion, having a buddy could enhance his joy. He’s fully house trained, with no accidents in his foster home, and is getting used to crate time, often opting to nap in his crate. His foster mom suggests a home for him with children aged 12 and up. He’s been well-mannered around kids at the park but hasn't lived with them yet. His compatibility with cats is still unknown. Valentine is eager to find a forever home where he can build confidence and share his affectionate nature. This playful boy is ready to fill your days with joy, and his belly will always be open for rubs. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
