About CT Rosie

Meet CT Rosie at PawSafe Animal Rescue in Eastford, CT. This charming 1-year-old Shepherd mix has a long-legged grace that captures the hearts of everyone she meets. Despite her time in the shelter, her sweet personality and playful spirit shine through every day. Rosie recently spent a month in a foster home where she thrived. She got along famously with infants and other dogs, showcasing her gentle and affectionate nature. Unfortunately, she was returned solely due to an allergy in the home. Rosie is treat-motivated, enjoys puzzle toys, and has solid kennel manners without stress-induced behaviors. She demonstrates a medium-high energy level and often does an adorable "kangaroo bounce" when excited, but settles nicely after some exercise. This lovely girl is ready to transition from shelter life to a loving home. Come meet her today! Due to MA Department of Agriculture restrictions, we cannot adopt to MA residents.
