Meet Gambit, the Family Dog Who Just Wants His Family Back! Sometimes life takes unexpected turns, and through no fault of their own, wonderful dogs like Gambit find themselves searching for a new beginning. This handsome, playful boy knows the warmth of a family and is eager to find another one to call his own. Gambit adores children! He’s spent time with seven grandchildren, even going so far as to try and herd them back toward the porch when they're playing outside. He's taken it upon himself to be the family supervisor. He’s a fetch fanatic, and nothing excites him more than a day filled with running after balls and chewing on his favorite rope toys. When a storm rolls in, you won’t find him hiding away; Gambit prefers a front-row seat on the porch to watch the thunder and lightning. He’s enjoyed playtime with a neighbor’s dog, demonstrating that he’s quite dog friendly, even if his experience with other dogs has been limited. As a loyal watchdog, he’ll alert you to any unfamiliar faces but settles down quickly with a little reassurance. Gambit is neutered, vaccinated against rabies, and on heartworm prevention, with no current health concerns reported. He did experience crate anxiety as a younger pup but has since outgrown it. This energetic young dog craves a family that can provide him with ample playtime and affection.
