About Sammy

Sammy is an adorable, cow-spotted puppy at 11 months old, weighing in at 50 pounds. He excels as both a cuddle buddy and an adventure companion. Fostered in Corvallis, he’s known for his easygoing nature; he walks well on a leash, enjoys car rides, and is completely house trained. Whether it’s lounging on the couch or playing with toys, Sammy's friendly demeanor shines through. This charming pup gets along well with dog-savvy cats and absolutely loves other dogs. He’s been neutered, vaccinated, dewormed, and microchipped, and comes with everything he needs to settle in: a front clip harness, collar, leash, bed, food bowls, toys, food, and even an Omega 3 supplement. Sammy requires a home without young children, as he’s had a negative experience with mistreatment, but he’s great with quieter, dog-savvy teens. His ideal home features a securely fenced yard, where he can easily spend his time playing daily. He’s okay left alone for up to 5 hours and prefers a family that includes him in activities and provides the love and care he deserves.
