About Josie
Meet Josie, your future hiking buddy, playmate, and loyal best friend. This bubbly girl loves to run, play, and head out on adventures. She’s affectionate and obedient, happiest when she can partake in her person’s day. Whether you’re hitting the trails or enjoying time at home, Josie is right there with you. Having joined us with some reactivity issues, Josie has made tremendous strides through training. She requires a committed owner who can provide consistent leadership and mental and physical stimulation to help her flourish. A townhome or apartment may not be ideal for her energy levels. Josie would thrive in a home with older children and can get along with other dogs, particularly males, but introductions will be important to ensure a good match. Her adoption includes meet-and-greets, transfer visits, and training sessions to help you both find your rhythm together. She has a big personality and a lot of love to give. Josie is ready to find her person and is more than worth the wait!
