He’s neutered and brimming with energy, enjoying spirited runs around the house with his foster siblings, both dogs and cats. Snuggling is one of his favorite pastimes, alongside rapid-fire play sessions that keep him engaged. Togepi has a sweet and gentle personality, though he's still teething, so he needs constant access to chew toys. His intelligence shines through; he learns quickly and is highly motivated by treats, making him an eager student for training. Though he hasn’t started leash work yet, his potty training is progressing well. He understands to go out as soon as the door opens but still has the occasional indoor accident.
