Fortunately, the team at BARC Houston stepped in, believing these precious pups deserved a chance at life. Now, Rose is flourishing in a loving foster home and is eager to bring joy to a new family. Rose is affectionate, playful, and brimming with personality. She has a loving nature, and her spirit is contagious. This playful girl also gets along well with dogs and children, making her an excellent addition for a family.
